Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

Our Registered Nurse visits are provided as private-pay wellness care. While these visits are not automatically covered by the Affordable Care Act, we happily provide the correct documentation for families who wish to submit to their insurance. Some plans may offer partial reimbursement, though this cannot be guaranteed.

are lactation visits covered by insurance?

Yes. Under the Affordable Care Act, most insurance plans are required to cover comprehensive lactation support from an IBCLC. This means that your Nest & Nourish lactation visits may qualify for partial or full reimbursement. We’ll provide the correct documentation to support your claim.

can I use my FSA or HSA card?

Absolutely. All Nest & Nourish services are eligible for payment with Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Many families find this to be the easiest way to invest in their care.

how do payments work?

Payment is collected at the time of booking. This allows us to keep care personal and flexible, without insurance restrictions. We provide the tools you need to maximize potential reimbursement.
